Located at Far East Square, cosy Japanese Restaurant & Bar in Central Business District offering a wide variety of authentic Japanese cuisine, from their signature Omakase, Premium Wagyu A5 Miyazaki Beef , Chirashi Don and a range of premium sashimi ,fresh season catch air flown from Hokkaido  alongside with more than 60 types of imported sake and shochu from various regions across Japan ,a wide selection of beer ,wine, whiskey and spirit go along with more than 40 types of bar bites to choose from. Botan also serves up an assortment of rice bowls, noodles and affordable set menu, catered to the CBD crowd

This Japanese simple style dining space seats up to 90 people indoor and 60 people outdoor. Should you wish to host a family or corporate gathering, Botan Japanese Restaurant also includes 3 private rooms that seats up to 24 people.

Botan Restaurant Helmed by Executive Chef, Thomas Kok, a pioneer of the Japanese culinary in Singapore with over four decades of experience. With an avid passion in Japanese cuisine, he was one of the first few chefs who introduced Japanese food to Singapore in the early 1980s.Chef Thomas has also overseen the openings of many restaurants in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and Shanghai

Chef Thomas honed his skills in several renowned restaurant including Nanten Japanese Restaurant at Hong Kong Building, Denon Japanese Restaurant at Philip Street, Kaisen at Raffles Hotel Singapore, Hoikkaido Sushi at M Hotel Singapore, Hokkai Villa and JIN Fine Dining at Amoy Hotel.in 2009, under his leadership, Hokkaido Sushi attained No.1 position in the AsiaOne People’s Choice Awards.
