Botan Restaurant Helmed by Executive Chef, Thomas Kok, a pioneer of the Japanese culinary in Singapore with over four decades of experience. With an avid passion in Japanese cuisine, he was one of the first few chefs who introduced Japanese food to Singapore in the early 1980s.
